Women in ordained ministry face unique challenges. RevGalBlogPals creates and builds support, resources and community for clergywomen and other women in ministry. In our online spaces, you can find support at any hour, on any day of the year. On our website, you will find abundant preaching discussion, political essays, poignant prayers, book reviews, round-ups of writing in the community, and even humor. At our Big Event, clergywomen from around the world gather each year both to broaden thinking and to build relationships. Our Weekly e-Reader offers an original devotion, links to the work our members are doing, and an encouraging word for readers. Your gifts make our programs possible by directly underwriting event expenses for upcoming programs like Big Event 11: The Enneagram for Women in Church Leadership (January, 2018) and Big Event 12: Womanist Midrash (January, 2019).
We are international and broadly ecumenical, committed to the work of anti-racism, and open to and affirming of LGBTQIA+ people. RevGalBlogPals is a 501(c)(3) non-profit ministry registered in Texas.
RevGalBlogPals is a donor-supported ministry, and the majority of our donors are women in ordained ministry. When clergywomen give to RevGalBlogPals, they support a ministry with their needs and interests in mind; when others give, they show love and care for women who have committed their lives to serving God in local churches, through community organizing and political protest, in chaplaincy, in non-profit leadership, and in many other diverse settings in the wider world.
